Return Policy:

We accept returns on all merchandise except any personalized items.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and we do not refund any shipping/rush order charges you incurred.  We are not reasonable for wrong address given, merchandise will be re- sent with a charge of new shipment.  Please include order number and credit card number you want credited with your return.

If you are unhappy with an item please email us, DbDbaskets@hotmail.com Include your Order number, Name, Phone number and an explanation for the problem.  A Customer Service Specialist will contact you within 1-2 business days.

Damaged:
Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order comes damaged. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of package. All packaging should be kept in case the shipping company needs to inspect the package.

Late Delivery:
If your order arrives late due to a shipping company (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) delay you will be credited for shipping charges. This does NOT apply to delays due to weather or delivery attempts that are unsuccessful
